Sakthi’s work with the body started with his experience as an athletic rehab therapist and continued when he began his work as a Sports Physio. After using his concepts of exercises and movement screening for cricketers of elite level for nearly eight years before finding Pilates and implemented. Through Pilates, Sakthi found the only long-term solution to his fitness prescriptions. Eager to learn more, and share the benefits of Pilates with others Sakthi was drawn to complete his Pilates cert at his own Peak Health Studio.
